Services provided by TerraNet are subject to the following Terms and Conditions. TerraNet reserves the right to change these "Terms and Conditions” at any time without prior notice. By using TerraNet services, you agree to abide by the regulations.

TerraNet reserves the right to terminate or disable the account/service of any customer that violates the following:

TerraNet prohibits the transmission and distribution of any kind of bulk e-mail through its network.

TerraNet reserves the right to deactivate the e-mail account of any customer, if it appears that his/her account has been inactive for at least three months.

TerraNet does not rent, exchange, sell or reveal whatsoever its mailing lists and does not disclose information about site visitors.

TerraNet does not trace its website’s visitors. Yet, it may utilize limited information about visits made to its site only to investigate and analyze common traffic patterns and execute standard system maintenance.

TerraNet customers approve to keep their account passwords confidential and do not permit others to use their accounts but for family members

TerraNet cannot guaranty 100% security of Customer privacy as information communicated through the Internet is usually not private. Clients should implement regular security measures (including frequent change of account and e-mail passwords) to safeguard confidentiality of their ID and/or password.

TerraNet 's customers can stop their accounts any time but monthly payments are not refundable.

TerraNet 's customers agree: not to attempt to obtain illegal access, not to cause damage of any nature to TerraNet’s network, not to send information or material that violates any international, regional or local regulations, laws or treaties.

TerraNet 's connection offers users’ access to content that is protected by copyrights, Trademarks, and other intellectual property rights (“Rights”) of various third parties. TerraNet account holders agree not to use TerraNet site to reproduce or distribute in any way material that is copyright protected, unless permission from copyright owners are obtained.

TerraNet does not control content of information passing through its Network. Access to information obtained via TerraNet’s service is at client’s own risk.

TerraNet disclaims any responsibility arising out of lack of precision or accuracy of information obtained through its services.

TerraNet is not and will not be held responsible for loss of e-mail messages held on its mail-server for any reason.

TerraNet is authorized to delete all Webmail messages older than 7 days in the trash folder.

TerraNet will use every reasonable endeavor to ensure the integrity and security of the servers, but doesn’t guaranty that the servers are free from unauthorized users or hackers and shall be under no liability for non-receipt, misrouting or failure to any e-mail message.

TerraNet shall be under no liability for any forged address of locally hosted websites. As a Webhosting customer you agree that TerraNet will not be responsible for data modification including the content of your hosted Website.

TerraNet Pay-as-you-go accounts are limited in time to one year from date of activation. Also, at expiration of dialup account, free SMS units (Not paid units) are suspended for a grace period of 30 days. During this period Mobile center cannot be used until Dialup accounts are recharged. Should accounts not be recharged during the grace period, free SMS units are lost.

Code of Practice
Users Undertake:


  • Not to use TerraNet services and Network for unlawful purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, posting, storing, transmitting or disseminating information, data or material which is libelous, obscene, unlawful, threatening or defamatory, or which in any way constitutes or encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, or otherwise violate any order, or regulation.
  • Not to post, store, send, transmit, or disseminate information or material which a reasonable person could deem to be unlawful.
  • Not to upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, create derivative works of, or distribute in any way information, software or other material obtained through the Service or otherwise that is protected by Copyright or other proprietary rights, without obtaining required permission from the owner.
  • Not to transmit unsolicited bulk or commercial messages commonly known as "spam".
  • Not to send large numbers of copies of the same or substantially similar messages, empty messages, or messages which contain no substantive content, or send very large messages or files that disrupts a server, account, blog, chat, or similar service.
  • Not to initiate, perpetuate, or in any way participate in any pyramid or other illegal scheme.
  • Not to collect large numbers of e-mail addresses, or similar identifiers of others (without their prior consent), a practice known as Spidering or Harvesting, or participate in the use of software (including "Spyware") designed to facilitate this activity.
  • Not to collect responses from unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Not to falsify, alter, or remove message headers.
  • Not to falsify references to TerraNet or its network, by name or other identifier, in messages.
  • Not to impersonate any person or entity, or to engage in sender address falsification, forge digital or manual signatures, or to perform other similar fraudulent activities (such as "Phishing").
  • Not to violate the rules, the regulations, the terms of service, or policies applicable to any network, server, computer database, service, application, system, or Web site that they access or use.

Technical restrictions
Users Undertake:


  • Not to access any other person's computer or computer system, network, software, or data without his or her knowledge and consent; not to breach the security of another user or system; or to attempt to circumvent the user authentication or security of any host, network, or account. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for you, logging into or making use of a server or account you are not expressly authorized to access, or probing the security of other hosts, networks, or accounts without express permission to do so.
  • Not to use or distribute tools or devices designed or used for compromising security or whose use is otherwise unauthorized, such as password guessing programs, decoders, password gatherers, keystroke loggers, analyzers, cracking tools, packet sniffers, encryption circumvention devices, or Trojan Horse programs. Unauthorized port scanning is strictly prohibited.
  • Not to distribute programs that make unauthorized changes to software (cracks).
  • Not to use or run programs from the Premises that provide network content or any other services to anyone outside of your Premises LAN, except for personal and non-commercial residential use.
  • Not to service, alter, modify, or tamper with the TerraNet Equipment or Service or permit any other person to do the same who is not authorized by TerraNet.

Network and usage restrictions
Users Agree:


  • To inhibit from interfering with the ability of any other person, regardless of intent, purpose or knowledge, to use or enjoy the Service (except for tools for safety and security functions such as parental controls, for example), including, without limitation, posting or transmitting any information or software which contains a worm, a virus, or other harmful features, or generating levels of traffic sufficient to impede others's ability to use, send, or retrieve information.
  • To inhibit from disrupting or causing performance degradation, regardless of intent, purpose or knowledge, to the Service or any TerraNet host, server, backbone network, node or service, or otherwise cause a performance degradation to any TerraNet facilities used to deliver the Service.
  • To resell the Service or otherwise make available to anyone outside the Premises the ability to use the Service (for example, through Wi-Fi or other methods of networking), in whole or in part, directly or indirectly. The Service is for personal and non-commercial residential use only and you agree not to use the Service for operation as an Internet service provider or for any business enterprise or purpose (whether or not for profit).
  • To interfere with computer networking or telecommunications service of any user, host or network, including, without limitation, denial of service attacks, flooding of a network, overloading a service, improper seizing and abusing operator privileges, and attempts to "crash" a host.
